Ascension

Artist

Joyce Huntington

Medium

Oil on canvas

As we transition from one form into another we create an etheric bridge comprised of our beliefs and loves and letterless words and Light, always Light. The original is oil on canvas, 26″ X 40″, and is part of a private collection. Giclée prints are available. Dedicated to Elizabeth Oakes, a poet of the soul. You may enjoy her work at Ethereal Publications and Amazon All but the bones rise now. I am clean. I move. —excerpt from “All But the Bones”, from Leave Here Knowing Some say the body is made of sin. I say it loses its boundaries, becomes the shimmer it believes in. —excerpt from “God in the Wind”, from Mercy in the New World
